Can I try the recipe cards before joining?
+
Of course, the real beauty of recipe cards is in seeing, holding, and using them first-hand. Once registered we’ll reach out to share a free sample pack with you so that you can have a better look and feel. Additionally, you’ll be able to see your own recipe cards first-hand before they are ready to sell, that way you can ensure they're perfect.
How many recipes can I use?
+
For each collection we suggest between 10-20 recipe cards, as this tends to be the perfect balance between offering your audience enough recipes to work with, whilst ensuring that each deliveries packaging is kept small enough to transport effectively.
Can I have more than one collection of recipe cards?
+
Of course. We tend to start with one collection as this is a great way to get started and test everything on a smaller scale. However, once things are up and running we can easily add new recipe cards or collections to your store as you grow.
Do you manage returns and customer support?
+
Yes, we manage everything. Customers will be able to reach out via email to ask any questions or solve potential issues. We’ll handle all order logistics, including returns, lost parcels, and more.
What do I need to do once my store is setup?
+
As we manage all the logistics once you’re store is setup, the only thing you need to do is share the store link with your audience, that way they know where to go to try out your wonderful new recipe cards. Additionally, using the recipe cards as part of your own content is a fantastic way to showcase their beauty and get your audience excited about using them.
What happens if my recipes card stock runs out?
+
We tend to start with an order of 1,000 cards, usually averaging 100 orders (10 cards per pack). However, this will depend on the size of your audience, as if your audience is much larger then we'll be sure to accommodate this with a larger initial order quantity. Using this approach ensures there are enough packs for an initial launch. Additionally, we monitor stock levels daily and new stock will be replenished if quantities become low. As with any new e-commerce store there may be moments at the start where demand from your audience outweighs the initial supply we have, in which case there may be a few days in which stock is sold out and customers will not be able to purchase. Don’t worry though, this is usually a great sign and we’ll be sure to order new stock immediately.
